Today When no staff were online, the player beans54321 started with inviting Ocean and I to his plot. Upon arrival we Saw F*** Staff written in redstone torches (Screenshot will be attached) He was given proper warning to remove it and didn't for a solid 10 minutes. After a bit of talking, I got him to take it down with the warning of severe punishment if he did it again. A few minutes later, a player was complaing about Beans stealing one of their horses. I tpa'd to the player to find beans riding around on a horse. When I asked him to get off the horse and return it, He ignored my request and started to travel to a pit of lava. I kicked him to get him off the horse and I got on it to keep Beans from killing it. I returned it the the owners house (/warp Chazz22) And beans got on it again, I tried kicking him a second time to get him off the horse but the horse was kicked with him I guess. So Constuctshaft and I caged in the house and beans so he wouldnt escape with the horse. He then claimed the land broke the blocks, And ran the horse into the lava. When I told him I had screenshots and I would be reporting him he denied what he did and left the server.
Today On January 12, Tommytunes was cussing. First when he entered the server, me and Dylpickel23 Welcomed him, but then he asked us to put him in creative mode. We told him we couldn't and and then he asked us if we were Op. We said no. He then started swearing. Another thing you should look into is that he also Claimed that he was an Op/Helper on Mineplex. Also Dylpickel23 is a witness.
